Our Sacramento Valley extra virgin, infused with freshly roasted garlic. It's deep and savory, more sweet roasted clove than raw bite. One pour does the work of a whole head.

Use it for: pasta, garlic bread, mashed potatoes, sautéed greens, and grilled steak. Brush it on pizza crust before it goes in the oven.

Good to know: Made with California extra virgin olive oil. Store it cool and dark.

Storage

The tin will help protect the olive oil from sunlight, but please keep it away from high temperatures. If the Extra Virgin Olive Oil solidifies when it gets cold, that’s a good thing—it’s completely normal. Simply leave it at room temperature, and it will return to its liquid form and be ready to use.
