our heritage
MOC (Maker, of California) is named for what it takes to make something real: strength, endurance, essential purity. In Polish, MOC means strength - a nod to founders, Alka and Arek's roots - everything else was born here, in Northern California, the Sacramento Valley, California.
Sun-warmed days. Cool nights. Mineral-rich soil. Groves that have grown olives for generations, pressed by people who've spent their lives learning what this land can do. This is California terroir, full stop - bright, bala.nc? true. Not imported. Not borrowed.
Made here, by people who call this home.
Our Story
Moc began with a single belief: that what you put onto your table matters. From olive groves in Sacramento Valley to your kitchen table, we trace every drop - grown in mineral-rich soil, cold-pressed to order, bottled without compromise. This is food with a postcode, a season, and a name behind it.
MOC isn’t about mass production
It’s about food made honestly, shared beautifully, and celebrated daily.
