Our extra virgin olive oil, infused with fresh Meyer lemons. It's bright and a little sweet, with zest instead of sour.

Use it for: fish, chicken, pasta, roasted vegetables, and salad greens. Bake with it in lemon cake or scones. Or pour a little next to some balsamic for a quick dip.

Good to know: Made with California extra virgin olive oil. Store it cool and dark.

Storage

The tin will help protect the olive oil from sunlight, but please keep it away from high temperatures. If the Extra Virgin Olive Oil solidifies when it gets cold, that’s a good thing—it’s completely normal. Simply leave it at room temperature, and it will return to its liquid form and be ready to use.
